Android is getting Hulu’s Offline Downloads

Hulu finally adding download videos option for offline viewing on Android smartphones and tablets. However, only customers who pay for Hulu’s No Ads plan ($11.99 per month) are available to save movies and TV shows. Basic users can only stream, not download anything.

Downloaded content have 30 days to hit play, but only two days to finish something that you’ve already started. Expired content can be renewed, once you’re back online. You also can choose two options for download video quality: standard or higher. Standard video quality will download faster and take less storage to save downloaded videos on your device. However, Standard quality video won’t look quite good as higher quality option.

Hulu users will be able download across 5 different devices. You can have up to 25 titles or movies downloaded across those devices. Thousands of TV shows and movies offered, including Hulu originals like “The Act, “The Handmaid’s Tale”, as well as series like “Desperate Housewives”, “How I Met Your Mother”, and “Family Guy” are available for offline viewing.
